First let me say I was able to get an appt. as a first time patient right away, I love how everyone of the staff members made me feel like I was important to them. I especially liked how everyone took the time out to introduce themselves. Kayla Jones, FNP heard my concerns and didnt brush them off as well as how she took the time out to explain everything to me. Im so glad I made the choice to be a patient here

I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Wallace at her new practice! The office is beautiful, with plenty of parking and no long waits. The staff is friendly and personable, and you can even get lab work done on-site with LabCorp, which is incredibly convenient. If you’re in search of a new primary care provider, I highly recommend checking her out! And if you’re looking for a professional in skincare, be sure to check out Keyma Jones—her work is phenomenal!

I'm so so glad I met Keyma. My parents decided to become patients and they're helping them through some scary medical stuff. I think the longer appointment times are vital when you really have concerns. They are fabulous!!

Responsive, caring, and forward thinking health practitioners. What a breath of fresh air coming from "the usual" where I'd send paperwork and not hear back for weeks, or get dropped waiting on hold for someone. They are getting ready to start accepting insurance -- don't snooze on this opportunity to get in with real professional primary providers!

I don’t think I will ever be able to go to any other primary care office. What Neoteric Vitality provides is an exemplar concierge medicine / direct primary care experience. Dr. Wallace truly cares about her patients and appointments are never rushed. My daughter and I also had the pleasure of meeting NP Keyma Jones at the Whitehall office and knew then they would make a great team. Nurse Practitioner Keyma and Dr. Wallace are fantastic! I always feel heard and understood during my appointments. Exceptional, exceptional!!! From the time we entered into the office until the time we left, we felt welcomed and Dr Wallace and Mrs Jones NP were very compassionate and caring and we were greeted at the door by BOTH!!!!! The office was clean and presented very well! Definitely recommend for Aesthetic AND Primary Care!
